Bill Hamilton was phenomenal. He got me exactly what I was looking for in a very timely fashion. He also added extra incentives that I didn't even ask for. The car was ready for pick up when I got to the dealership the following day. The transition from my car was smooth and seamless. The financing was also quick and and efficient.
The staff was very welcoming and kind, especially my salesmen Mr. Intraigo. He made the whole process very comprehensive for me. I would recommend shopping at this BWM dealership, and would highly recommend Henry Intriago as he was a magnificent salesmen. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Honda Accord!

recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Bloomfield. This is the fourth vehicle I purchase here, as it is my go to dealership. The dealership, staff, service department and my consultant Henry make buying cars an easy , delughtful experience. Henry is knowledabgle and never pushy to get me to buy something I'm not looking for. Whether I'm there for a new car or used car he goes above and beyond to find me what I say I want.

Great dealership and team. Bought my first BMW from Amy M. She was smart, straight forward and patient. She listened to my needs and budget and helped me find the car I needed. She also gave me her cell phone number in case I had any issues or questions with my new car. I've had to call her a few times the first few days, and she was more than happy to help me and walked me through the issue.
