Very helpful and very detailed salesman. I had a wonderful experience I couldn't be happier with my car I will definitely recommend ron Humphrey to anyone. Gave him several recommendations to people at my job.
So today I walked in to the BMW of Bloomfield and was confronted by Ron Humphrey. He greeted me very professionally and explained the difference between these 2 vechicles that stood out. Mr. Humphrey was very patient and he wasn't those type of salesmen that are pushy and want the sale. Not only is he an amazing BMW salesman, I noticed that he is a firefighter and a army veteran. I was very impressed with the team at Bloomfield BMW. Alan Kopitman (Sales) and David Jones (Finance) made my car buying experience easy and straightforward. This was especially important since I was purchasing my car from out of state. Alan was responsive over email and a couple of quick phone calls and also put my car on hold for a couple of weeks while I made plans to travel to NJ. I went to this dealership first, found the car that I wanted. Looked around with other dealers and this dealership gave the most help. Tony Braich made my first purchasing experience a great one, and I would definitely suggest him to others.
