I'm a car guy and there is nothing more frustrating to me than to go through the process working with a salesman that knows nothing about the car. That was not the case at BMW of Bloomfield. I was in the market for a new car, and had my eye set on the 2015 BMW 428i gran coupe. I like to do research and shopping via the internet (look at models through TrueCar, KBB, dealer sites). Went in to look for a purchase. After explaining to Howard he actually recommended a lease as he told me it's better to lease if i'm not driving too far (less than 30 miles a day). Was quite nice to learn about being able to lease as it saves me money. Very professional and returns my calls when I left a message. Would purchase from Howard again.

Sales: Henry was amazing. Took care of me with my purchase of a used car. Treated me with the utmost respect. Never felt pressured, really wanted to do what worked best for me. Finance: David was equally as amazing. Very simple process reviewed everything in detail and got the best rate possible on the car. Worked extremely diligently and over all dealership experience was perfect.

First time Brand New Car owner, after shopping through multiple dealerships Tony@Bloomfield came in best in various ways. Ordered my X4 M40i, my 2 friends also ordered their M3 and X5 same day as me. It was a great experience and Tony kept me informed every step of the way, even had the plates sent to my place. +1 for Tony B. he goes out his way to make sure the deal is right and everything is done clear.
