I've been going to BMW of Bloomfield for over 12 years and I've been a repeat customer of Bob Westervelt each time. Bottom line is he knows what his clients want before they tell him. The sales experience with Bob could not be more seamless or easy. He makes me feel valued and that is why I come back.
This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was in the market for a new 3 Series and had originally gone to a dealership that was slightly closer to my home. While I do not wish to reveal their name, I will say that I waited for fifteen minutes before anyone even greeted me and the salesman I worked with was playing around on his phone half the time we talked. Today I picked up a 2011 bmw 328xi at bmw of Bloomfield. They guys at Bloomfield were great they got me approved and delivered the car in spotless showroom condition. I will be back for service and if I need another car in a future!

This was by the fastest, most easy going car buying experience by far. My salesman went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted!!! Even drove to another dealer to get it! I will now be a loyal customer to this dealership!!

I did my research and knew the exact car I wanted. All roads led to DCH BMW at Bloomfield. Within an hour of sending an online inquiry for the car, I received a call from Paul. good morning, My husband, Ricardo and I purchased an X5 BMW at DCH in Bloomfield. Paul Wilman, our sales person was honest & upfront with us and told us how long it would take for the production of the car (6 weeks) and gave us his personal experience on which packages are better for the X5 since he owns a X5 as well.
