This is my 3rd return visit to BMW of Bloomfield to purchase a car. There is no comparison to ANY other dealership. They are the BEST in the industry! Henry was curteous, professional and knowledgable. He listened to my requests and was instrumental in helping me find the perfect 328i. Wonderful experience with Amy and Dave. Felt super welcomed. They worked with me so well. I would definitely recommend then to anyone. I couldn't have had a better experience. The manager also came up to me the few times I was there and introduced himself. So happy with everything. I love my new X1 as well!!

leased a bmw x5, thought it would be a tough process to discuss the terms it turned out to be a very pleasant experience talking with the sales rep to settle the price and finalize the contract with the financial manager strongly recommend this dealership as they really make the purchasing process hassle free

In my case, The B and W, in BMW , is for Bob Westervelt. I've dealt with Bob for almost 20 years and the level of service and professionalism he offers is second to none. Bob makes the process quick and detailed but without the hassle of having to talk to 3 people every time a price is being negotiated. I can't recommend Bob Westervelt enough!!
