Recently leased new X5 from this dealer. Our client advisor Scott quickly helped us identify the car's packages we were interested in and found us the car we wanted. We were also very pleased with the other advisor Victor who was very helpful and accomodating completing the financial contract. Would definitely recommend this dealer and do business with them again.

My service advisor, Ahron Silvestri, is great! Very knowledgeable and understanding to the problems I had with my 750 LI. He was prompt and responsive to the offered solutions along with any additional fees associated. I will definitely continue my services here with Ahron. Great job, Ahron and the entire BMW service team.

Overall good experience, fair my only complain is that I received one key for the SUV I purchased. It should have been disclosed upfront I was only getting one key would have negociated that into the price.

Read the 5 star reviews for Scott and decided he was our man. My wife and I had a great experience at Bloomfield BMW from beginning to end. Scott was very patient and able to accommodate our questions/inquiries regarding leasing the X5. In presenting a range of options, he was able to tailor the right package for us and we couldn't be happier. Got a tremendous deal, no hassle, and received great service. Would highly recommend Scott and Bloomfield BMW.

I am always satisfied when I visit BMW of Bloomfield. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and they strive to make sure their customers are happy. This particular time it was my first yearly appointment and Corey was my advisor. He kept me updated every part of the way and made sure that I had a loaner car being though the service was going to take a few days. Corey notified me as soon as my car was ready. We recently moved to US and were desperately looking to get a car as soon as possible, We walked in to BMW of Bloomfield on a Saturday evening and drove out with a new car on Monday!!! All thanks to Scott Marlowe, who provided excellent and quick service. He spent a good amount of time with us to understand what we were looking for and found us a great car at a great price and most importantly, made it available so quickly.

I used roardside assistance to have my car towed from Jersey City to Bloomfield BMW on 7/14 because of a flat tire. I did not receive my car back until 7/18 because the tire was not in stock and had to be ordered. I had to follow up on the status of my car myself and wish that someone contacted me to update me and offer me a loaner. I started to work with April Quist, service manager who was wonderful.
