I'm writing to let all know that I had an awesome experience buying the BMW i3 car. Scott Marlowe was my sales guy....took me from start to finish. Bottom line...all the folks at Bloomfield were great, I spoke with a number of them about the "e" car and was impressed that 4 or 5 employees already owned them. This was my 3rd car from Bloomfield!! no need to go anywhere else!

I knew I was going to lease a vehicle from Paul Wilman and BMW of Bloomfield after about 5min of speaking with him. I walked in about 30 min before closing and was expecting to be pushed out the door as a competitor did the night before. Not the case at all! I never leave reviews but the experience I had with Scott Marlowe deserves one. This is my sixth time buying a BMW and due to the fact my regular Client Advisor is now working for a Porsche dealer I had to find a new Client Advisor. I was hesitant to contact Scott due to bad experiences I had with Client Advisors from BMW of Bloomfield years ago but he had a great DealerRater profile so I decided to give him a try. Scott was extremely helpful, and had a fantastic knowledge of both the car, and the leasing process. My wife and I would definately recommend him to others!

I was blown away with Gwen Drakeford her help..her knowledge about what I needed for my vehicle,she stopped what she was doing to point me in the right direction; answered all my many questions, and even brought me lunch from the confrence room upstairs while I waited, then came back to check in on me to see if I needed anything else,from this great service I'm leaving my macanic and let BMW of Bloomfield work on my future car needs.thanks for the outstanding service all the way around,you guys are the best..

This is my fourth car from BMW of Bloomfield and it wasn't a BMW. Despite the fact that I was looking for a pre-owned non-BMW, Henry was still very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated that he did not try to force me into something I was not looking for.

I recently serviced my BMW her and was blown away at how my service advisor took it upon himself to look and fix other issues I had no clue were wrong with the car. Thank you for keeping an eye on my car!!!!
