I have found a good deal for pre-owned BMW X1 online and called up BMW of Bridgewater to negotiate. Normally dealers hesitate to negotiate over the phone and insist on the face to face visits. The sales person I've talked to understood that it won't be easy for me to drive 45-min to negotiate and worked with me over the phone on the price, which we've negotiated. The support for services I received from Debra Shafer and Matt Kimble on my 2009 750i over the past few years has been outstanding. My 7 series was a CPO plagued with problems. Debra and Matt always took time to explain the services in depth and addressed the isssue to get me back on the road quickly each time. The team at Bridgewater expertly handled my purchase despite the complication that I was moving back to New Jersey from overseas. The car was ready the day I arrived. Our sales advisor, Mike, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including extra help with my insurance. On the day of pick up the team was great in patiently demonstrating all the detailed instrument features. Highly recommended.

Rafael Martinez was extremely helpful in explaining the different models x1 and x3 that I was interested in, Dave Wagoner & Mike Shamy were both very accommodating to make the sale. Dionne Baksh on Finance team was extremely thorough explaining all the paperwork and also best of all got me a better finance rate.!
