The sales are friendly and professional. They knew well about the car and gave good suggestions on which model is good to consider. All in all it is wonderful experience to work with them to make this deal!
They were all professional and friendly. I dealt with Peter who is new to the dealership but I would never have guessed because he was knowledgeable and comfortable with the features of the cars. Peter Provost the sales manager was wonderful. He was honest with me and really worked with me to come up with a deal that worked for both of us. I will definitely tell my friends and customers to go to Bridgewater BMW. I usually hate shopping for cars but I actually had fun!
Bill Chludzinski was very helpful in picking out our car. He went out of his way to show us all the different options and colors. I enjoyed working with him.

I was looking for a dependable car and had went to a million car dealerships. Never was really happy about the way the Salesman are because force themselves on you, I think to take my time and go over the cars I liked. Other dealers including the 2 closest BMW dealers could learn from this BMW dealership. Prompt courteous, efficient, fair and honest. Today, I can buy a BMW anywhere, and the other dealers are closer to my residence and perhaps more convenient, however Bridgewater BMW stands out amongst the competition, they afford a fair price out of the gates, were not uncomfortable with some negotiation, and earned my business.I worked with Aubrey who is their newest sale person, and he certainly will be successful
