I purchased a 2015 M Sport 435 xi gran coupe. Frank followed up with me until I was ready to purchase a car. When I was ready, Frank worked hard to find the exact car that I wanted. After the purchase, Frank spent more than an hour sitting in the car explaining all of the options to me. My husband bought a Lexus a few years ago and did not recieve any where near the post sales attention that I did with Frank. Additionally, Ozzy was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the available finance options.

I just picked up my new BMW and couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth and transparent. The client advisor was accessible and forthright and there were no surprises along the way. We live out of state. We started with an email request on a car we saw in the online inventory. Rob Hoffman called me back and met a price point. I then received a call from the finance guy who gave us a very competitive rate. For me to elect to take a train at 0425 and arrive back home at 2:30pm tells you that we considered the pricing to be very good. I only deal with internet sales departments when it comes time to lease a new car as i hate showing up in person and negotiating a price. Having reached out to multiple dealerships in the area, the internet sales dept here was the quickest, most responsive and the most aggressive in giving a good deal. My experience at BMW of Bridgewater was top notch topped off by the end result of getting me into the most impressive vehicle I've ever been in or owned. It was the work and persistence of Robert Hoffman and Ozzy Mamoor who enabled this reality to happen. My sales person Frank Fratzola was amazing. I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle. He did an excellent job showing me how to operate the vehicle. However, I arrived at the dealership @ 3:30 pm for a 4:00 pm appointment and no one informed him I was there. By 4:25 pm I saw him at his desk and I walked over to him. This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership. The service personnel were very accommodating on our previous car. The sales experience for our new X5 was wonderful and could not have been easier.
