Everyone here is great. The GM Peter, my salesman Anthony, I have great history with service and Chad, Ozzy was a perfect gentleman during the settlement process. I recommend the entire team. FYI I have purchased in the past and will again in the future. They always do the right thing. That's what makes for real customer service. Thanks to all of you. FYI I love my I8.

Everyone makes you feel welcome from the moment you pull into the parking lot. It was a comfortable feeling being greeted warmly by everyone who you crossed paths with, from the technicians walking by outside, to reception, to sales. I had just come from another German auto maker's lot and walked through the entire show room looking into each auto and was not greeted or approached once. I could write a ton about how great this experience was, but all that needs to be said is: They got me the car I wanted (not in stock), for less than the price I was willing to pay (without me haggling), quickly and easily. Everyone there is a class act and made the entire car-purchasing experience painless and simple. Two things that usually don't go along with paying less than you thought and getting the car you want. Definitely recommend these guys.

We leased a new 5 series BMW and the experience was wonderful. Our salesman, Rob Hoffman was polite, professional and very friendly. The manager, Mike Yates, was great and offered us a good deal on a new lease. The whole process was enjoyable and I would say this was the most pleasurable experience in buying a new car that I ever had. Thanks to all the great people an BMW of Bridgewater.

My husband and I went into the dealership and was greeted by a lovely man named Mike Watson. He took us on a long test drive in the X3 and we really liked the car. He kept in close contact with us by e mail and we decided to order the car. The car came in less than three weeks and was built to our specifications. I have to say Mike is the most personable salesperson I have ever encountered when buying a new car.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased / leased from this dealership. Overall very nice experience with this dealership. I put some online questions and Frank reached out and answered very professionally. During my visit the dealership, Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ozzy helped me choose the service plans that suit my needs. I am glad I chose this dealership to purchase my new X5. I enjoyed working with both Frank and Ozzy.
