I was in the market for a new vehicle and narrowed down to Lexus/Audi/BMW. After test driving each, I narrowed further to BMW. We went into the dealership and was introduced to Mike Watson (sales). Mike provided a level of service beyond what we expected or was used to. He was friendly, and did not add any pressure into the buying experience. My experience with bridgewater bmw has always been positive when dealing with their sales department. I had previously purchased a 325i bmw and was looking to trade it in for a new vehicle lease under a promotional event. 2nd puchase of a BMW. 1st from this Dealer. Overall Experience was great. Felt the Bill C did a wonderful job explaining the model I purchaced and how to work the lease pricing. Explained to me a few processes that reduced my price and work best for me. Bill's knowledge and experience paid off for me. I would highly recommend him if your looking for a BMW.

Worked with these folks now on two cars in three: one purchase, one lease. Great people, and you see the same folks working there - which can also be a good sign that people are happy/get promoted, etc. I like that I SEE the same people when I take my car in for scheduled service - they recognize me, ask me about the car, about work, about life.
