I can't remember a better dealership experience that the one I had at BMW of Bridgewater this week. Everyone was great. Anthony listened to my requirements and let me try everything. And in the end, he steered me to a great X1. I know I'm going to enjoy it for a long time. Ozzy Mamoor went over the paperwork in detail. I knew nothing was getting missed. Working with Rob Hoffman and Ozzy Mamoor was great . I was treated with respect by everyone at the dealership.and have to say I was very happy with the deal we worked out. Buying this car has been a pleasurable experience. Rob was very patient in explaining all the intricacies of the vehicle. I'm loving the car more every day and the follow up from Rob was a nice touch. I'm sure I'll be back to the dealer for my next BMW.

There is definitely a high standard of good old fashioned customer service at "BMW of Bridgewater"! The approach is team oriented with management and sales all working together to offer immediate attention to me, the customer! A real person actually answers the phone and calls are taken or returned promptly. My sales person, Carolyn, was very professional and when my auto enthusiast son drilled her with questioned, she found the answers. Sales manager, Tom Forget, was happy to step in. We purchased a beautiful 535XDrive --Luxury Sedan and took European Delivery in May 2014. The BMW WELT experience was one of the best experiences of our life thanks to Mike Watson, our Sales Advisor who was just amazing through the entire process. The sales team was excellent during the entire process. A variety of purchase options and financial institutions offering competitive rates made me feel I got a great deal for what fit my needs. The new lounge was very impressive.

The team at Bridgewater BMW was attentive from the beginning of my online search through the entire purchasing process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There are several dealerships closer to me, but Bridgewater's quick responsiveness to my online and in person inquiries to me was going to be a reflection of the professionalism and service I was going to receive going forward, and so far I haven't been disappointed!

Although Open Road BMW is 20 minutes closer to me, Bridgewater was able to match the price and find the color and car that I wanted. It was worth the longer trip to deal with a sales associate who was willing to work to make you happy and satisfied.

I recently purchase a BMW vehicle at BMW Bridgewater, and got impressed their kind explanation about the vehicles and programs, and fluent contract process. They also well describe me what kinds of options I can choose, but don't push me to buy them. They are likely to be well-trained professional sales team, and so we are greatly satisfied with what they provided us.
