I keep going back to Bridgewater BMW because of the quality of service and people that I've come to equate with the quality of a BMW.

Bill made the leasing process efficient and seamless. There was no typical high pressure tactics. The conversation and sales focus was strictly on product knowledge and industry experience. Bill is a excellent representative for BMW.
After driving the Mercedes brand for over 15, I decided last minute to follow through on a BMW 4-series test drive. And I'm glad I did because now I drive BMW. David Wagoner, my sales rep, made the entire experience extremely easy and very efficient. He is very knowledgeable and the experience was informational, with 'no pressure' and that is what I desire most. If you are thinking about a BMW, give David a call. The cars are great and the experience is just as good.

I was the owner of a BMW335xi and not only purchased it CPO from this dealership, had it serviced there as well. Debra Shafer is the service rep.
