The prices at this bmw dealership are lower than pretty much anywhere else around. I pass three other bmw dealerships on my nearly two hour trip to get my bmw's here because the service and pricing are top notch. Would recommend checking them out next time you are considering a new or pre-owned bmw.
I just purchased my first BMW 535i xdrive at this dealership. Both Tim and Mike are the most pleasant employees anyone can ever work with. They made my experience enjoyable, both are the best sales person I have ever met, I will highly recommend this dealership.
3rd Bmw in a row. Very pleased with everything that had taken place again. Friendly, careing, staff. They also know what they are talking about. Full of knowledge on everything.
the sales experience was peachy with no glitches except the European delivery announcement probably I should have asked with the special equipment in the car. Car runs just like it should am happy with the black/black or is it a very dark blue metallic. See you later for my second key, paint touchup and registration plus you guys need to initiate my BMW Assist subscription I called them but you need to initialize the procedure. thanks it's been great LATER!
When I called to make a service appointment, there was someone in service to talk to!!! This is the only BMW dealership in northern NJ that actually has that. Then, amazingly they had an opening and a loaner the net day. Then, unbelievably, the service advisor, Sean, stepped in when it was just to late to ask a tech, and examined and then changed a fuse. The best BMW dealership experience that I have had outside of the Midwest. And I have lived in the East with a BMW for 18 years.
Tony was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a very positive experience working with him. I will gladly recommend him to others. Very Happy with him and the dealership.
This is my second purchase from this dealership. Justin O'Connor did a wonderful job helping me find the right pre-owned car and making sure it was pristine when it was delivered. I enjoyed working with Justin, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
This was one of the easiest purchases I've ever made! No pressure at all. Justin was wonderful, I felt he was honest with me about the purchase, the car, etc. financing was easy. Mike was great. Everyone we worked with was great. I hate high pressure dealerships and will leave if I feel the sales person is pressuring me. I've been chased to the door in places. Not here. Great experience!
