Very good experience overall. Justin was professional the process went very quick. I had a very short time period to trade in my old BMW for a new one and even with that constraint I felt like I got everything I wanted at the price point I was expecting.
I came pretty late on a Saturday afternoon and they stayed over to finalized the sale. They gave me a better offer in comparison to my previous dealership.
My wife and I were very satisfied with the professional way Tony handled our new BMW X1 purchase. He provided plenty of time to answer our questions and did not rush us on the test drive and sales process. The night we picked up our BMW, he thoroughly went over the different key instructions for my wife. Outstanding in every way including pricing in selecting a Vehicle and more importantly Outstanding Service after transaction was complete. Our experience with Justin was fantastic! We came to the dealership just to browse but ended up buying within a few minutes. Justin's friendly personality put us at ease immediately. His knowledge of the product helped to answer all of our questions. His patience with two people who have a hard time grasping new technology was very kind.
