We inquired on the internet about purchasing a BMW. I was very impressed with how quickly Tony got back to us as well as his knowledge about the car, colors and what was in stock. From our first onsite visit Tony continued to impress us with his focus and dedication to ensuring we were happy with our experience, the car we choose and the right price (including the interest rate). Everyone on the sales team was so friendly and took their time with me. Carolyn made me feel very welcomed and she was excellent with showing all the options and the choices I had. I never once felt pressured. Everyone I came in contact with was exceptional. Great experience overall and felt like part of a family there. Loved the family like business feeling. I came in one day when Carolyn was off and Anthony took such good care of my husband and I. Thank you everyone for a great experience.

Service was excellent and deal was pretty good. Client Advisor followed up closely and never pressured to buy. In the end I was able to get a pretty good deal.

My purchase experience was extremely positive. I had not bought a new car in 12 years and everyone was extremely helpful in presenting the different options which provided the information I needed to make my final decision. The incentive options were clearly explained and at no time did I experience a high pressure sales pitch to buy a car with more options or added warranty coverage. Before going to BMW of Bridgewater I knew I was about to buy a great car, but after I spoke to Tony and Stan, I realized that I found the great dealership along with it. Carolyn Fiala and the other members of the sales team at BMW of Bridgewater were always courteous and forthright in dealing with me. Since I wanted a particular combination of options on my vehicle, the car had to be ordered from the factory. I needed the car by a certain date so I could take it on vacation and they delivered it on-time, keeping me posted along the way as to its progress through the production process. I highly recommend this dealership and Carolyn Fiala if you are looking to purchase a BMW.

From the moment we met Anthony, we knew we wanted to buy from him. We found him to be very knowledgeable, honest and upfront with us. Stan was great, too!
