Alex was so patient, understanding, and really worked to get me at the price and car I wanted. You could tell he was very genuine and not just trying to sell me a car. He fought to create a situation that worked for me, go see him at BMW! Also, the service manager Jeff, really helped me out as well in getting my car fixed with an unfortunate situation.
