"Didn’t end up purchasing anything but had a chance to..." Didn’t end up purchasing anything but had a chance to work with Mark Carvalho, the Sales Manager, who was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide requested information and was attentive to my needs. He was also answering my calls at odd hours, which wasn’t expected but definitely appreciated. Now wasn’t the time to add a new BMW to the garage but when the time comes, I’ll be sure to call Mark.

Zarina’s knowledge of the Alpina engines and cars in general added to the test drive experience. The above was capped by top notch delivery experience and post-delivery follow up. The overall experience was relationship rather than transaction centered (which is typical for most car sales).
