Alexandre Hoebeke -the client advisor - was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient to get me into a X5M50i. Charming with his Belgium accent. At the pick up of the car, John Palombo - BMW Genius - was patient to explain the inner workings of the "space ship" to the old dude. Thank you both for a very good experience.
