After researching for a while on new car, decided to go with BMW. This was the least stessful car purchase I have had. Bill and Ozzy made the whole experiance pleasant and completely pressure free. Everyone in dealership has been great to work with.
I was skeptical when I first entered the show room last December, however, Mike quickly turned me around. The entire process from building my manual 435 to delivery this past weekend was flawless and as described by Mike. I also felt (and still do) that I got a great deal on the car of my dreams. Absolutely no buyers remorse.
This was my first time purchasing a car from this dealership and overall it was an excellent experience. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. The associates I worked with worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
This is the second time am purchasing a car from this dealership and on both occasion i have had wonderful experience.
