Negotiation process was fairly straight forward. Not sure I got the best possible price but it was reasonable. Once agreed on the deal the staff accommodated my request to schedule tire replacement on my old car at the time of a swap (BMW charges much more for worn tires on lease returns than the new tire cost). Overall the experience of swaping the leases was stress-free and quick.
We walked in for the first-time and got the deal what we wanted. And the following day we were told that the car was ready to pick up. The sales associate Bill Shludzinski was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Truly we appreciated his help. Most importantly this dealer knows how to manage the customers and we will definitely go back next time for the second car.
Leslie was very Profecional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She made the deal and made it a great experience. The entire process was easy and made simple. Everyone at this dealer was pleasant and helpful. Thank you for been a great team.

The sale time was really fast and i liked it. Justin was a great person and got a good deal. My loan app was taken care in no time and was able to pick car very quickly.
