Through email communication, Martin and Amelia are very helpful to find the best car to fit my needs. When meeting them in person, Martin was very patient to recommend the car and helped with all other things, such as adding the new car to the insurance and registration. Carmine Forgione was a gentleman and remained committed to finding me a Bmw under the conditions and price I named. He delivered! He was non-aggressive but persistent in his approach. In the end everyone one was happy. Furthermore BMW "genius" Ari Vega delivered the car with all the knowledge I needed to get on the road. She also gave my kids mini BMWs of their own. Ozzy Mamoor made the finance easy and he was also a gentleman. Very happy! Now it will be a happy new year!

The sales personnel gave us excellent service from the time we came in and started to look at new cars. The staff was very informative and helpful in answering our questions, giving us the information we needed to decide on what car we wanted.Then when we bought the car,they were very patient and informative teaching us all the new features, since our latest car was 12 years old and we were not familiar with all the latest features and technologies. Went to dealership open house to test drive BMWs with no real intention to buy a car that day. My sales associate Leslie Burwell was a major factor in my decision to buy a car that day. The entire experience and no hassle deal made with vice-manager Dave on a truly beautiful car made the purchase a "no-brainer".
