Mercedes Benz of Kingsport My wife and I were treated with respect by a class act dealership with supurb and very knowledgeable employees. This is our first Benz and I'm sure it will not be our last.
not the ordinary dealership No pressure at all. gave me a good price and worked with me
Accommodating They went above the expectation to accommodate me when I had a minor emergency and fit me in the schedule. I had to bring my dog with me and they took care of her and even got a bottle of water for her.

RICK HILL BMW - SERVICE DEPARTMENT My initial contact was with Karen who was very courteous and offered several options for getting my car repaired including a "loaner". I was surprised at the level of service even though the vehicle was purchased elsewhere. The appointment was set, repairs made, and the car was washed and vacuumed in less than 2 hours. All the personnel I encountered were friendly and helpful.
