Excellent Service Great friendly staff. I was having an issue with the A/C unit on my older BMW and was concerned it was a major problem. They were able to get me in quickly and determine that it only needed coolant. I had the car back in short order blowing nice cool air. They also washed it. Very good experience!!!

Mercedes CLA Overall, an excellent experience. To expedite, application and approval was done on line. Financial paperwork took less than 5 minutes.
Service on Mercedes E350 on 5/3/16 I always find the service at Rick Hill to be exceptional. Greg is always up front an lets me know what to expect. If something is different than what we discussed is uncovered he always lets me know prior to proceeding.
Quick appointment My wife needed a quick oil issue taken care of and they were very good to accommodate her the same day
Service Experience I very much appreciated the fact that after being serviced my car was returned to me washed and cleaned. A service not provided by many, if not most, dealers.
2008 750I repair I developed an engine problem while traveling, ( appox. 800 miles from home........ I was staying about 25 miles from Rick HillBMW...........I arrived early, and by 11:00 AM I was back on the road, Several hundred miles later, the car is running like a TOP ! Nice people, they ran a series of tests, etc, kept me posted, Sevice Advisor Jeff Wilson was on it !

Very satisfied I can't say enough good about my buying experience with Rick Hill Imports and the salesperson who worked with me, Jerry. He did a great job listening to what I wanted and found the right car at the right price. Very satisfied and highly recommend them. Everyone there was very helpful and great to deal with. This was my second BMW purchased from Jerry and both have been hassle free and feel like I've been treated fairly and honestly both times.
