Great Service This was the first time I used Rick Hill Porsche in Kingsport for an oil change. I was advised that it might take a couple of hours and offered a loaner to drive to a nearby mall. I took the service advisor's suggestion and had a great driving experience in a new Macan. What a fun car! The service advisor was also very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and I will definitely come back.
