BMW Review (Rick Hill Imports) Thank you for the great service provided with my car repairs.
Service Review I had an emergency -my car overheated. BMW had i towed to the dealership. They gave me a loaner car to use. They fixed the problem within 24 hours. Everyone was exceptionally nice.

Car Dealship that cares about their customers Had our 2006 X5 in service for a problem with the engine. It turned out to be terminal. We looked at some newer X5s on the internet. One of the first to come up was at Rick Hill BMW. Went back to the dealership, and inquired about the vehicle. The salesman explained the features for the X5 to us and we took it for a test drive. Owner the service dept at Rick Hill Mercedes is the best in the business. They are so pleasant to deal with and the service manager, Gregg Durham is the most knowledgeable service manager i have ever met. He explains it all and knows so much about the cars and what makes them work like they should. Gregg can answer any question and is so courteous and helpful. 2014 X3 We worked with Steve over a 2 month period to identify options for new and used BMWs. He was responsive and very knowledgeable. We were referred by our daughter that bought a BMW from you in the Fall. She has been so pleased and recommended the BMW service, the fun of driving one, and Steve as a salesman. We love it!
Good experience We dealt with Steve York on a used BMW and he worked with us really well. wasn't pushy but was great to work with.
