2017 Mercedes S-550 Coupe Mercedes Germany unduly delayed delivery of the vehicle, neglecting to ship it after it was built, but the people in Rick Hill Mercedes did an absolutely outstanding job. They followed up daily and Melissa did everything she could to speed things up and provide an ultimately successful and happy outcome, as did Scott and Bill. Everyone was great! Could not have been better!
