My Service Advisor is the best! Alan Massey, my Service Advisor, is the best! I let him know when I will be coming up to the dealership a couple of days in advance, and he always responds and is available when I arrive. He checks out my car, a 2011 MINI Cooper S, to see what it may need and advises me. On my recent visit, I had standard service done (no charge) and purchased 4 new tires (Bridgestone run-flats). The car runs great and rides better on the new tires. And the courtesy wash and vacuum are always appreciated.
Best car purchase experience in a while!!! Our salesman Antonio was excellent, he went above and beyond the call of service including his support staff. I knew that I had made the right decision to purchase my new Volcanic Orange 2015 Mini Cooper 4 door hardtop at Braman Motors Mini. THANKS!!!

Great Service I will say that the staff is always super friendly and they try to be as accommodating as possible while still running their business. Ryan, the MINI Service manager, and Alan, one of the MINI Advisors, gave wonderful service the last time I took my car in. Kudos to them, and I hope that Braman and MINI USA continue to empower them and give them the tools to make the customer experience closer to something you'd get at a Lexus or other luxury dealership. best car dealership experience I brought my Mini for yearly service and requested to be done in an hour since I had another appointment. Allen made it happen even giving me an update when they were half way done. They even washed it. Very satisfied.
