Stick with the DEALERSHIP for repairs!! I bought my car from Brahman 9 years ago and unfortunately I did not keep up with the warranty. However, overtime as life and the duration of any car, repairs are needed. Braman Mini Saved the Day! Spur of the moment I had problems with my Mini Cooper. I immediately brought my Mini to Braman (without making an appointment) and Armando saved the day! He gave me a loaner mini (which helps because I felt I was driving my own car) and immediately got my car checked in to be fixed. He also noticed my car needed other service so had everything taken care of.

Continuing their excellent service We picked up a screw in one of our run flat tires. They brought us in immediately. The only issue was that they were initially unable to find out tire warranty (extended warranty purchased through them at expiration of our original warranty). After they found it the replacement was handled professionally and promptly. Thank you again, Braman.
Best customer experience by Mini Cooper services ! I came in worried my mini cooper was giving up on me by some warning signs on the dashboard ! Great service I took my mini in for service for the first time. They checked, and said it only needed an oil change. No one tried to sell me on unnecessary services and my car was washed and ready in less than an hour, as promised. Easiest transaction I can imagine. Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.
Excellent, friendly service The service was fast, friendly and smart. Alan informed me exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. Everything occurred as he had informed me and there were no surprises. Amazing service! My service experience is always amazing at Braman. I life closer to south BMW but they are horrible with repairs and is always looking to make money. I trust my Braman people. They make me feel like family member. Jessica is the best advisor. I grateful that works at Braman.
