Best car buying experience! I made a mistake 3 years ago when I switched to Audi after leasing BMW's for 18 years. There is no comparison in the drive. Great Attention People in the dealer know what they are selling, nice people and worry about your needs
Very Positive Experience Requested information on a late model used car and ended up purchasing a new one. The Internet representative was delayed in meeting at the appointed time, so the sales manager quickly assigned another sales agent to me. The agent was responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed with the facilities and the various financing alternatives available.
Great service. I would like to thank to Monica for her excellent service. She really went above and beyond. As a hospitality business member i have to say she was excellent. And the finnance manager was quick to process the papers. I was in and out.
In for Service Took my Genesis in for service after about 4 months; oil change, tire rotation, etc. They are by far the best and most professional in the industry in Miami.
Easy, smooth process I went to Carlos in Used Cars, and he had Maritza show me all of my different options. Both of them were very helpful and made the process smooth and efficient, and I got a used car I love! Even when I called Maritza after to show her a minor scratch, she had it buffed out immediately.
Bentley My salesman was Roberto. I purchsed a pre owned Bentley on line and traded in an Auston Martin. The process went very well and my new car is great.
Excellent Customer Service and Experience My Salesman was Adolfo, in the used car CPO dept. it was a pleasure from begining to end.
Overal service is ok but needs improvement I believe the last minutes at the dealer, when waiting for the car to be returned, needs improvement. After being notified that the car was ready, I paid at the cashier and then I had to take the receipt to the outer counter. From this point forward it took 20min to get the car back. Why??? I don't know but having to wait 20min to get the car back wasn't a good experience. I was in a hurry and it was too much for getting the car from your parking space.
