Part change While the facility was nice. There was no full service approach. To change a part I had to go to service department, then buy the part in other area, go around a counter pick it up outside, then give it back to service department. After the car was to be picked up once again service to cashier to valet to get car. I am use to one person drop off and pick up and have staff run around, I just sit pay and pick up at a one stop deal. Not a customer service focused company, otherwise ok.

MINI Service with Daniel Soto Excellent service from Daniel Soto at Braman MINI in Miami. Daniel explained my covered services and potential out-of-pocket expenses in advance. Service was efficient and completed ahead of schedule. Car was running like new and even got wash/vacuum! I was also able to apply a coupon I received by email. If I need to return for service, I will definitely choose Braman MINI and request Daniel Soto.
