Excellent BMW Service Department Braman BMW is the best in South Florida. Ive owned BMWs for 25 years. Starting from the appointment process to getting a loaner everything is smooth and excellent.The service advisors are excellent.

Sevice received 11-20-18 Service advisor was very friendly and helpful. Service at the car rental counter was also excellent and fast. The only problem as always is at the time of picking up the car, it always takes them forever to bring the car back. I still give the service department at Braman Miami tars.
My experience with Braman Miami & Gus Perez-Abreu I have been a loyal Braman Miami customer for over 12 years always sticking with the Cadillac. But oh boy! I keep asking myself now "why hadn't I ever looked at the BMW"? S Bello Fantastic service from George... Only suggestion would be to offer clients the choice between having a thorough explanation of the functionalities when they actually buy the car (as opposed to ask them to come back 2 weeks later) as not everyone wants to go back to the dealership for a few hours 2 weeks after buying the car...
