BMW Sevice Professional and friendly staff greet you and direct you to your service Rep, of which there are several. Lucas, my service rep was professional, effective, and friendly. Scanning of key fob was fast, as was the service order. I was given a free loaner, an X2, with only 300 miles. My car was ready four hours later (required full service). Great service! Overall a good dealership. I bought a certified used BMW this past year. Im not too satisfied with the car as its had multiple a/c issues and the vehicle was delivered with low oil and a tire plug, but the service was excellent throughout the buying process and especially with the service department. They have gone above and beyond to fix the issues Ive encountered with my BMW.
