"We received exactly what we wanted" Quick decisions on large purchases is not something we do. We began considering a new vehicle three years ago. Even stopping on Zimbrick two years ago; at which time all questions were answered without the pressure to but right now. When it was finally time Kyle let us know what changes had taken place, worked helped us order.our X3, and even accelerated delivery by two days when life got in the way. We received excellent customer service with our ideal vehicle
"Great experience buying from Kyle." Purchased a used MDX from Kyle. Everything was smooth and easy. We have been happy with the purchase other than noticing that the vehicle has 1 different tire than the other 3. I didn’t think that was recommended on all wheel drive vehicles.

"Best Test Drive Experience, Great Vehicles" Zimbrick BMW had the best test drive experience of any of the major luxury dealers. We were able to drive in a variety of conditions on backroads and highways to really get a feel for the vehicle. Many other dealerships have a quick 5-10 minute route but Jenny and Justin went out of their way to take me on an extended route to demonstrate that BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine, and it was the drive that really won me over. Highly recommended.
