The most hassle-free car transaction ever. Jenny was very helpful and a joy to interact with. This is my second car that I bought from her. She has my future business.
I purchased a CPO BMW and worked with Jenny. We completed the transaction over the phone and she arranged transportation. Communications was excellent and the car arrived in good shape and as described. I would definitely work with Jenny and this dealership again.

Jenny helped make an experience that for many people is not rewarding (except for the outcome of driving a new BMW) truly comfortable and equitable. We don't generally enter into this process looking to make a new best friend. We've purchased several cars from this dealership over years and keep returning, and every experience hasn't been perfect. But Jenny did so much to make this transaction pretty, pretty good. We'll come back, not just because of her, but because of the other good people we've worked with at Zimbrick.

Jennifer was quite knowledgeable about BMW and BMW's i-series line. Her conversation was not only comfortable in a casual manner, but also felt rather genuine. Unlike other dealers Zimbrick seems to have embodied a culture of class and good taste - without question we'll be back to do business again. It's important to feel confident walking away from a sale - on the buyers end - with a sense of respect, and we felt that Jennifer and Zimbrick exceeded our expectations.
When we got to the dealership we were greeted warmly and offered coffee and snacks. Jenny was extremely helpful and easygoing. She understood exactly what we wanted and she gave us all the information available about the car, including a car fax, inspection report, etc. She was straightforward with us and no nonsense and was a very pleasant person to work with.
They offered me a killer deal, and gave me even more discount. They were very respectful and easy going. I have visited three other BMW dealerships, but these guys were by far the best. I wish they were in Nebraska.
