"Great experience, Love Zimbrick" After having a not great experience with a competing premium brand and dealership with my previous vehicle, I shopped around and Jenny was amazing. She listened to what I was asking for (my list was long and specific). She was patient and a pleasure to work with. She was timely with responses to my many questions and even helped with questions I hadn't yet asked (but somehow she knew they were coming up next).
"Amazing experience " I have been leasing cars for over 20 years and my experience at Zimbrick was by far the best experience I have ever had. The sales person (Kyle Cottier) and the Sales Manager (Griffin Robberts) were simply amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions I had or any curveballs I through at them. "Genuine relationship with salesman and general manager" It was so nice not to be mailed in the parking lot with salesmen. When we went into Zimbrick BMW we were greeted by Kyle Cottier. "Excellent customer service" Kyle Cottier was very quick to respond to our request for a test drive of a used vehicle. He had the car washed just before our visit from Brookfield, and it was waiting at the front door. We took the car for a long drive while Kyle explained its various features - he definitely knows a lot about the cars on the Zimbrick lot. "Quick and Painless - Great Experience" I had been test driving cars all day and when I came to BMW, Kyle made the entire process quick, painless and actually enjoyable. Other car dealerships can be very pushy, and make it a very drawn out and frustrating experience.
