Patrick I asked my service professional to check out a knocking twice and he said the tech drove the car twice and didn't hear anything. I picked up the car and as soon as I got down the road the knocking was there. Was really disappointed. They did take care of all 3 recalls that brough me there in the first place. I have always had good experience with Tom not sure what happened on my last visit.

Super Service Unique and efficient service system. Call for appointment. Assigned a personal representative. Explain needs to rep. Wait in modern, clean lounge or go off site and shop (as one lady did presumably in dealer car). Car was fixed and washed. Rep explained in detail.
