Great Dealership This was my 3rd new BMW ordered from this dealership. As usual everything went very smoothly. Reasonable price on new BMW and for my trade (tried BMW dealership in Naples on all 3 purchases but their offered trade-in allowances were always much lower). You will not find a more honest and professional salesperson than Patrick Menard; it?s worth going to this dealership just to be able to work with Patrick on the deal.

BMW X3 My experience with BMW of Fort Myers has always been exceptional. All repairs to my car were completed. BUT MY GAS GAUGE IS NOT WORKING! IT WAS WORKING FINE WHEN I DROPPED THE CARE OFF. TOTAL INCONVENIENCE TO TAKE CAR BACK TO BMW AGAIN!

Service Very good experience but a little disappointed in the service. I was told I could not change my windshield wipers b/c the timing was wrong(30 days) too early, now I have too make a new appointment to have this change, it does not make any sense to me. My time is valuable especially when I have the service warranty.

OUR SALESMEN WAS GREAT We were looking for a car for my mother. I sent out an Email Sunday of last week ,by Monday we were contacted and we went to see what was available . Needless to say we have a new 430i convertible . We could not be more pleased. Leslie was great !!!!!

Great sales and service!! Awesome BMW dealership!! Others may be larger but none so helpful and endearing. From tremendous help in sales and finance to the outstanding service, this management team has it all working together for the customer. Great dealership BMW!! BMW Fort Myers Went in for a recall and everyone treated me as if I was purchasing a new vehicle. They went ahead and checked my tires since my light was on and gave my vechicle a wash. Moved here from out of state and this dealership is an upgrade from the one that used to service my car.
