bmw x5 service experience Jose did a great job getting me taken care of. I appreciate all his help in making things happen. With the hurricane blasting thru the area things were challenging. Jose made sure I was taken care of.

BMW service I was disappointed with the check-in process. I had an appointment ER at 3:30, but a service person did not talk to me until 4:30 after I complained. Apparently the check-in person never communicated with his team and my service guy did not k ow I was there waiting. Once he realized I had been waiting for an hour, my service was quick and effective. He apologized.

BMW oil change and service I came in for an oil change and was also given new wiper blades for free. In addition my car was washed. Everything was fine except the inside of my BMW was not vacuumed, or not vacuumed well.
