My BMW M240i Purchasing my care was a pleasure. My salesman was great. When paying for my car and going through the paperwork i was presented with a number of ala carte items for purchase and the process was high pressure.
Retired Military/Self Employed Great facility and customer service. Everyone in the facility was so friendly and professional. I'll give them an A+! They new that my car problem needed to be addressed asap since it was an emergency issue. Not only that they delivered but the price of the service was very generous!

Great dealing with BMW Ft. Myers I have had 16 Mercedes and in the most recent one many problems. We decided to make the change to BMW and in my 40 plus years of buying new cars, this dealership and people there are some of the best, most patient and friendly I have ever seen.
First BMW purchase Walt was great.....very knowledgeable about the car, professional, and provided good customer service. However, it took 3.5 hrs to complete the transaction, which i feel is way too long. I would recommend to Walt to anyone looking for a BMW.
