Routine maintenance I went in for routine maintenance for my vehicle. Everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful, they all appear to enjoy their work. I waited for my vehicle and the lounge is very clean and comfortable.

Service visit One of the items to fix was my trunk. It's marked as fixed, yet it's not. So will need to schedule a follow up visit.
Awesome! Service was done perfectly, was given a new BMW to drive while the repairs were being made, and my service advisor, Mike Kraus, is absolutely the best to work with!! I also had the car detailed while it was in for service. Came back looking and smelling like a new car again!
Outstanding service!!! MY new dealership! There was a recall on my 07 335I’s airbag and the tire pressure indicator failure light was on. Recalls They were very professional and eager to help me with my problem, which was a recall. It was a no questions ask, no hassle, and it was at no cost to me. On top of that they did a free visual inspection which answered some of my other concerns. I’m a very satisfied customer
New tire and discovered a towing error They discovered a towing error International Autos did not and it lead to the car being totaled! True experts who care. I know I can trust them.
Recall repair The customer service was above and beyond normal, it was very satisfying. I was treated like customer #1. And Rob the service dept representative was very helpful and professional. I’m looking to buy a new car and this dealership will be the first place I look. Thanks BMW
