Not Bad! A very friendly, accommodating and courteous staff. Very nice. The only thing missing here are the courtesy things like vacuuming out the car, topping off the windshield wiper fluid, washing the car and then drying it off afterwards and so on like other BMW Dealerships. That is the only area with room for improvement.

Car service Dropped my car off for scheduled oil change. Someone was there ready to help. Got a loaner for the day. My car was ready to go sooner than expected

Standard service and 2 recalls Outstanding service and done an entire day ahead of scheduled appointment. Love the ability to pay online. Paying online and just drop in to pick up vehicle. Makes it so smooth and easy.

BMW 128 I was extremely impressed by all staff I encountered from the check in with lisa to the staff that checked me out and pulled the car around. This has not always been the case. I noticed a big difference from a year ago. Great job!!’
Service appt I took my car in for an oil change and engine light. Before I could get to work my service rep had called me and informed me of the problem. My car was fixed before I got off of work. BMW North has always treated me professionally. Every one is nice from the time you enter the door.
X3 repair Everything went smooth. Took one day lonnger than I anticipated. But this is minor. I have no other complains. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Like it
