BMW 540 We had a good experience. Not high pressure. Very attentive and patient with our questions. Al was our sales agent and he did a great job locating the exact car I wanted.

Over and above customer service from Michael S. Michael went above and beyond to get our business. We were shopping between 2 dealerships but Michael was able to pull through to get us the car we wanted at the price we agreed on. The car was not at the dealership and there was a delay in the delivery. However, the process was pleasant overall. We only have the car for one day, but so far it has been great. Great service Bought my car here and the process was easy. I recently had it serviced and I was in and out. Car was cleaned and everyone is genuinely nice.
Wheel replacement Great service and repair visit. I came in after hitting a large piece of metal on the highway: bent wheel and cosmetic damage to front bumper. The shop was very responsive in quickly getting their hands on a replacement wheel and checked everything to make sure no other problem was hiding in there by test driving at speed. Service was Great I tried another BMW dealer that was closer to me but that didn’t work out so I am back at BMW North and couldn’t be happier. Lisa and the team did a terrific job. I am very pleased.
Kept to the time estimate Brought car in for brake fluid change and oil change. Time estimate was 1.5 to 2 hours. Job was done in 1 hour and 25 minutes. Very happy with that since I waited for the car.
Service of 330i Mike K. in Service Dept. took detailed notes on my concerns with my car, kept me in the loop on the technicians progress, and gave me no pressure options to go forward. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to take care of your Bimmer.
