Great service at Umansky BMW Hi !Nicole of BMW North was awesome with service and parts when I arrived on a Saturday morning to initialize my new extra key for my son's new(but older BMW). She explained many things about this car and the warning lights that were on and did lots of trouble shooting for me(as a 16 year old son's mom ) to ensure safety for my son. Not Happy i purchased a car from here in 2018 when it was time to have my car registered for 2019 i couldn't cause the dealership never had a title period for the car and the loan institution never received a title went to the dealership they gave me a bogus 2020 sticker and assured the issue would be fixed get ready to leave for the holidays and i get pulled over cause the car still wasn't registered in my name nor did i have a copy of the title so the sheriffs seized the car thinking it was stolen.. over a full year paying... read more
Mike P. When I got home from picking my car up I found grease all over the driver side carpet. I cleaned it the best I could but had poor results. I keep my car spotless and am upset this is how my car was given to me after simple service
Repair Service not so Great! I brought my car in for a oil leak, leak was repaired, but they caused another problem a loud squeky noise, they told me twice that it was fixed an it wasn't. Once I get pass this I will not bring my car back here. Ps. Mr. Rob Williams , and being able to get a loaner was the only good experience I had at this dealership.
Started off good Went in to get my mileage checked and figured I’d get an oil change. They said cool. Got me a shuttle and I was on my way back to work. Call after work and they said I’ve had a oil change done in May so they didn’t do it. I didn’t ask you to check the level. I asked you to change my oil. It’s has the same dirty oil in it from May and has at at least 3500 miles on that oil. It’s dirty I wanted it changed for a trip I’m going on. Their service is extremely poor When I first bought my car at this dealership I had fantastic service, as expected since they’re trying to make a sale and collect my money. But when I have come back to service my vehicle, it has been absolutely less than stellar customer service. The people running the service department seem to not care about anything except pushing your car through the service line and moving to the next customer.
