Good place but not great service Been to the dealership 3 times for the same problem I am very upset because I paid $500 or more each visit. Either you are trying to hustle me out of money or you cannot fix the problem .

X5 repair Took my X5 in for recall to replace air bag. Made my appointment for 7:15 am. 7 hours later my car had not been touched. I was told the repair would take several hours once it began and I needed the car that evening so I picked up my car without having the repair done. The cashier still wanted me to sign the invoice as if the repair was completed

Unwelcoming Sales person wasnt very friendly, felt I was more of a nuisance then a customer. Never smiled, never felt he was excited for me the customer buying the car. Just another sale. Buy, sign, bye. Never went over the car with me, been learning on my own, Finance lady was very funny and friendly. Dealership is amazing and beautiful. Never really felt like I didnt belong there. Just kind of a let down on buying my first car in about 20 years, that there would be more excitement in the air.
2008 BMW 328xi Everyone was extremely helpful. I was in a hurry to get to work an hour away and they all went as fast as they could for me.
Soft ware recall Very attentive and professional. The other BMW dealer (International Motors) you have to go get a salesman to help you. They also tried to low ball my trade and they were annoyed I wanted to take a test drive. BMW Milwaukee North is the best place to buy a BMW in the greater Milwaukee area.
Car owner Very disappointed in the service. It took two hours for an oil change. They did not put air in the tires and the light was on. there was no curtesy car wash

Used Car Buying Experience We walked/sat around for over 15min. Sales did not approach us at all. I left and wife informed mgt. Manny apologized profusely and help us.
Software/hardware problem No way to know if software load will fix navigation problem. Not enough testing was done to prove I will not get another reset issue or that it is a hardware problem. My navigation system rebooted while I was counting on it fo directions.
Was looking for a BMW 2011....which they didn't ha Never heard back from dealerships after filling out applications¿
