Oil Change The intake process was simple enough. The return was disappointing. I never received a call to confirm the vehicle was ready, so as to pay the charges and inform my pick up party the vehicle was ready. When my party arrived to pick up the car at the requested time, it was not washed and they were surprised the charges had not been taken care of.

Annual service Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. Car was externally washed but the interior wasn't even vacuumed. When I made the appointment I stated I would be waiting.

BMW X5 they took my beamer to fix a recall on it and went through and nitpicked on everything and then said it wasn't roadworthy and it made it from Kansas to Michigan pulling a 2 horse horse trailer with tack loaded down two horses three coonhounds and two cats

Used Car The manager , Manny the prewoned car sales was arrogant and rude. He was very dismissive and acted as if he didn’t care about money. The finance department was very slow. They showed cars that were not cleaned nor ready to sell. Manny was dismissive when I asked any favors. It just turned out that they had the exact car i needed so I went with it. I won’t be returning and as the manager reminded me, I could go back to chicago where i came from. I don’t know why people who don’t enjoy customer service would be in the... read more

Mixed experience and disappointment The manager of the prewoned car sales was arrogant. The finance department was very slow. They showed cars that were not cleaned nor ready to sell. First Impressions Bought my BMW 650i convertible (2008 50k miles) and it was time for her first oil change. Being an Cadillac owner for many years, I decided to pick up a top of the line BMW convertible. I make the appt. a week in advance for 8:30am on a Sat. I pull into the service bay at 8:25, not a car in service. I’m greeted cordially and I’m escorted to the service desk. N63 oil consumption class action service I have had a negative experience with 2 other dealers in the state. My 650i xdrive was taken to BMW north MKE because BMW corporate wanted to inspect my car. Granted BMW north MKE was not doing the work, one would think that they could at least wash the car afterwards when I’m told I could pick it up. It was absolutely filthy. Oil Change Service manager was friendly and efficient. Went for oil change on my car and brake fluid change for my wife’s car. Took a little long at two hours. Disappointed in the service waiting area. Little to eat or drink and not up to BMW standards for other dealers I have been to.

Buyer Beware When buying a used car here be sure to test everything out to make sure it’s working properly. Make no assumptions. Despite the checklist that indicated no abnormal noises, the used car I bought immediately began to make an abnormal whistling sound from the passenger side heat blower. It’s really annoying and decreases my total satisfaction of the car and my buying experience.
