Service department was surprisingly good I went to global Bmw to service my vehicle for the first time this past week without an appointment. The dealership is more conveniently located to where I live but have never been one to go to an actual dealership because there prices are usually much more than a local repair store. There was no pressure to purchase and my sales advisor was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.
