Great Team I recently bought a X1 and even though the lot didn't have the exact specifications I was looking they did a thorough search and located the vehicle in Miami. Two days later the vehicle was in for delivery. Ray Lawson did a great job in assisting me.

BMX X5 I would suggest that if someone doesn't fill out the survey, maybe they are busy, but hounding then day and night through multiple attitudes can be a bit annoying. I work in the service industry as well and if we hounded our customers constantly like this for a perfect score -- we probably wouldn't have many left. I get that customer satisfaction is important, but WOW you guys take it to a new level.
