Pleasurable Experience This is a world class auto dealership and I have never seen anything like it in my life. Beautiful facility that looks like a small city. They have a cafe and also great Starbucks coffee. The buying process was nice and easy and also very transparent with no "trickery". My sales person, Mike Appling, is a first class guy and you should seek him out if you want a positive buying experience at Global Imports.

routine service all the work performed was clearly explained. There was also a problem with one of my tires that only came to light as I was leaving. Cory Osner immediately took control of the situation, had my tire checked and made sure my car was safe before releasing it to me.

Great Buying Experience Went to Global to look at a low mileage 2016 650i. Car was perfect but I waited overnite and the car was sold the next morning. 2 days later salesmen called and said since i was disappointed at losing the first car they'd make me a great deal on a "new" 2017. ..... and they did. (Of course being month end probably helped. Best car buying experience i have ever had.
